This sweet bud vase was assembled using an old bottle, a reclaimed vintage brooch, glass beads, wire, and a thin red velvet ribbon. The bottle, long-exposed to the elements and found on a local bottle dig, shows physical signs of wear expected of an object extracted from the earth. The bottle is marked, “Furst-McNess Co. Freeport, ILL.” and dates to the early 1900’s. Bottle is 6.5” tall.
